Directions to the Riverside campus

From the North: Take I-35W south to Highway 280. Follow Highway 280 south to I-94 and take I-94 west to the Riverside Avenue exit. Turn right and follow Riverside Avenue three blocks to 23rd Avenue South and turn right. OR take I-35W south to the Washington Avenue exit. Turn left. Follow the street as it bends right and becomes Cedar Avenue. Turn left onto Riverside Avenue and then turn left onto 23rd Avenue South. Take an immediate right onto Sixth Street for the main hospital entrance, valet parking and the emergency department entrance.

From the South: Take I-35W north to I-94 east. Follow I-94 east to the 25th Avenue exit. Turn left and proceed one block to Riverside Avenue. Turn left onto Riverside Avenue and proceed two blocks to 23rd Avenue South. Turn right onto 23rd Avenue South. Then take an immediate right onto Sixth Street for the main hospital entrance, valet parking and the emergency department entrance.

From the East: Follow I-94 west to the Riverside Avenue exit. Turn right and follow Riverside Avenue three blocks to 23rd Avenue South. Turn right onto 23rd Avenue South. Then take an immediate right onto Sixth Street for the main hospital entrance, valet parking and the emergency department entrance.

From the West: Take Highway 55 or I-394 east to I-94 east. Follow I-94 east to the 25th Avenue exit. Turn left and proceed one block to Riverside Avenue. Turn left onto Riverside Avenue and proceed two blocks to 23rd Avenue South. Turn right onto 23rd Avenue South. Valet and Parking Riverside Campus
Valet parking services are provided to patients and visitors at the same rate as the parking ramps Monday–Friday from 5:30 a.m.–6 p.m. at the hospital’s main entrance and from 6:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Friday in the Gold parking garage, underneath the 2512 S. 7th St. building. If you choose to park your own car, you may do so in the Red Parking Ramp, located on Riverside Avenue between 23rd and 24th avenues or the Yellow Parking Ramp on 23rd Avenue north of the HealthPartners Riverside Clinic. Bring your parking ticket to the nurses’ station on your unit or the reception desk at your clinic to receive validation for reduced parking rates.
